Who we are
RAYDOR is an independent property research and decision-support platform covering the UAE market. Our research is not limited to projects with which we have a commercial relationship. RAYDOR does not set developer pricing, adds no markup to it, and does not hold client funds. Where you have chosen a project and ask us to help you proceed, the transaction is completed with the developer at the official developer price through a registered transaction partner. Where you ask for it, we review whether an appropriate independent professional is available for an introduction.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal research and to submit genuine enquiries. You agree not to submit false information, automate submissions, scrape content at scale, attempt to access administrative areas, or reuse our content commercially without permission.
Content and accuracy
Project details, prices, payment plans, handover dates, yields and area statistics are compiled from developer material, public sources and our own review. They change frequently and may be incomplete or out of date. You must verify any figure independently before relying on it.
Enquiries and introductions
Submitting an enquiry does not create any agreement to buy, sell or invest. Where an appropriate independent professional is available after review and you consent, your enquiry may be shared with that one professional. An introduction is not guaranteed. Any agreement you subsequently make is between you and that professional; we are not a party to it and receive no authority to act on your behalf. Where you ask RAYDOR to help you proceed with a project you have chosen, RAYDOR helps you proceed at the developer's official price and adds no markup of its own; RAYDOR may be compensated through a registered transaction partner if a purchase completes. RAYDOR does not guarantee the availability of any project, price or transaction, and that compensation does not determine which projects we research, display, compare or analyse.
Third-party professionals
Any professionals listed in future will be reviewed before listing, but they remain independent businesses. We do not supervise their work, guarantee their performance, or accept liability for their services, advice, fees or conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information published here or from dealings with any third party introduced through the platform.
