Privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, country of residence, budget range, preferred area, property type or service required, purpose, timeline, preferred contact method, and the project, area or page your enquiry relates to. We also record the page you landed on, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the date and time of submission.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to understand what you are looking for, and — where you have consented — to introduce you to an approved partner able to help with that specific request.
Who we share it with
We are not a brokerage. Your details are shared only with the approved partner matched to your enquiry, and only when you have ticked the consent box permitting it. We do not sell contact data and we do not add you to bulk marketing lists.
Consent record
Each submission stores the exact consents you gave, the date and time you gave them, and the page you submitted from.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are retained while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your record at any time by emailing advisors@meridian.property.
