Most Dubai property websites are built to move a specific inventory. RAYDOR is built to help you decide. We publish the same set of facts for every project — developer, payment plan, handover, service-charge context, investment highlights and the risks — so the comparison is honest.

We do not sell property directly. Our role is to research, compare and then introduce you to the professional best placed to execute: an agent who genuinely works that district, a developer's own sales team, a renovation firm that has already fitted out units in your target building, or a designer who understands its constraints.

International buyers are our focus. That means clarity on ownership rights, transfer costs, financing access for non-residents and realistic net returns — not headline gross yields.

How we make money

We are paid by the professionals we introduce, not by you. That keeps our research free and our commercial relationship transparent. Partners are reviewed before they are listed and removed if they do not respond to enquiries or misrepresent a project.
