Most UAE property websites are built to move a specific inventory. RAYDOR is built to help you decide. We publish the same set of facts for every project — developer, payment plan, handover, service-charge context, investment highlights and the risks — so the comparison is honest.

We do not sell property directly. Our role is to research, compare and then introduce you to the professional best placed to execute: an agent who genuinely works that district, a developer's own sales team, a renovation firm that has already fitted out units in your target building, or a designer who understands its constraints.

International buyers are our focus. That means clarity on ownership rights, transfer costs, financing access for non-residents and realistic net returns — not headline gross yields.

How we make money

RAYDOR is a research and decision-support platform. Our research is not limited to projects with which we have a commercial relationship.

RAYDOR may be compensated through a registered transaction partner if a purchase completes. That compensation does not determine which projects we research, display, compare or analyse, and it is never added to the price you pay the developer.

RAYDOR does not set developer pricing and does not add to it. RAYDOR helps you proceed at the developer's official price, with no added markup from RAYDOR.
