Prices, price per square foot, rental figures, gross yields, service charges, payment plans, handover dates and renovation budgets are indicative estimates compiled from developer material, public sources and our own review at the time of writing.

  • Market figures change continuously and may be out of date when you read them.
  • Yields are gross unless clearly stated otherwise and exclude service charges, agency, management and transaction costs.
  • Renovation budgets are ranges only and depend on unit condition, specification and approvals.
  • Past or current performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
